Package One
This 4-week introductory commitment is great for you if you are a fitness beginner or new to personal training. Included in this package: initial movement assessment to locate any muscular imbalances, a 30-minute Zoom call to go over personal goals and movement assessment results, and 4 weeks of customized training plans.
A 6-week option is also available!
Package Two
This 8-week commitment is for you if you are not new to fitness, but want more structure in your workout programming. Included in this package: initial movement assessment to any muscular imbalances, a 30-minute Zoom call to go over personal goals and movement assessment results, 8 weeks of customized training plans, 2 customized meal plans, basic nutrition coaching, and weekly Zoom chat sessions to discuss how your training sessions are going.
Package Three
This 16-week commitment is for you if you are committed to radically changing your fitness mindset – and your life! Included in this package: initial movement assessment to locate any muscular imbalances, plus a second movement assessment after 8 weeks of training, a 30-minute Zoom call to go over personal goals and movement assessment results, 16 weeks of customized training plans, 4 customized meal plans with a grocery store walk through via video chat to help you find the best ingredients for your plan, basic nutrition coaching, and weekly Zoom chat sessions to discuss how your training sessions are going.
